2015 Registration Days
Monday 5th January 6pm to 8pm
Sunday 8th February 11am to 2pm
To be held at Angle Vale Sports Centre Fradd Road, Angle Vale

Registration days will be held for all those interested in playing soccer during the 2015 season. We have mixed teams from Under 6’s to Under 18’s as well as Senior Teams.

Our first registration day on the 5th January is also a Pre-Registration Day for previous players. Previous junior players who wish to continue playing must register and pay the deposit on this date to guarantee their place in their previous team. Failure to do so you may be required to try out for a position if one is available within the club.
If you are unable to attend please notify the club via email and we will advise of our bank details for you to pay your deposit and pass on a registration form. This must be returned via email before 5th January along with a receipt of payment and completed registration form to secure your position in your previous team.

All new players to our club will need to bring a copy of a Birth Certificate or identification from CAFHS book. If you are registering in the Under 9 age group and above you will also need to provide us at time of registration a passport size photo of the player for their Player ID Card.
Registration Fees
The Junior Fee Structure for 2015 is:
$80.00 for all existing players this includes socks once all fees for 2015 Season are paid in full.
$70.00 for a second child’s registration.
$60.00 for a third or fourth child’s registration.
$90.00 For all new players which include socks and shorts once all fees for 2015 Season are paid in full. Please have child with you for sizing purposes.
$80.00 for a second child’s registration.
$70.00 for a third or fourth child’s registration.
A $40.00 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT MUST BE PAID ON THE DAY OF REGISTRATION TO SECURE YOU POSITION. ALL FEES FOR 2015 MUST BE PAID IN FULL 1 WEEK PRIOR TO ROUND 1 OF THE SEASON OTHERWISE YOUR CHILD WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PLAY.
SUPPORT
We are seeking expressions of interest for Coaches, Assistant Coaches and Team Managers. If your child’s team does NOT have a Licenced Coach they are unable to play. If you are interested in helping out around the club please let us know also as many hands make light work.
MERCHANDISE
A variety of club merchandise including Tops, Bags, Umbrellas, Scarfs and Stubby Holders will be available on the day or at the canteen throughout the season.
