Please arrive 15mins prior to your nominated time slot so your team manager can get organised and ready.

Teams are to be in full uniform, playing strips, shorts and socks. No black player polos are to be worn.

Please have your envelopes ready if you are ordering Photos. Further envelopes will be available on the night if required.
